This informative FREE breakfast seminar is designed for everyone involved in preventing damage to buried utility lines. The purpose of the seminar will be to provide education on protecting underground facilities and promoting public safety during excavation.

Contractors who attend a Blue Stakes of Utah 811 Damage Prevention Awareness Seminar are eligible to receive two continuing education credit hours in alternating years with verification of attendance toward their contractor licensing as required by the State of Utah’s Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing (DOPL) as follows:
Contractors (2 core credit hours)
License Number ending with 5501, 5551
Plumbers (2 professional credit hours)
License Number ending with 5508, 5509, 5510, 5518, 5519
Electricians (2 professional credit hours)
License Number ending with 5502, 5503, 5504, 5505, 5506
Drinking Water and Wastewater Professionals who attend a Damage Prevention Awareness Seminar are eligible to receive 0.2 CEUs with attendance verification.
Please ensure your registration includes your correct license number to receive your continuing education credit.
Attendees who register and do not attend and do not cancel before the seminar may be charged a $25.00 fee.
