The purpose of the seminar will be to provide education on protecting underground facilities and promoting public safety during excavation. \n\n\n\nTime\n     Event\n\n\n7:30 am\n     Check-in\, Display Booths\, & Breakfast\n\n\n8:00 am\n     Welcome\n\n\n8:10 am\n     Pipeline Awareness Presentation\n\n\n8:30 am\n     Locate Safety Awareness Presentation\n\n\n8:50 am\n     Safety Enforcement Code Video\n\n\n9:00 am\n     Blue Stakes of Utah 811 Presentation\n\n\n9:50 am\n     Prize Drawing & Vendor Displays\n\n\n\n  \nClick to register \nContractors who attend this Blue Stakes of Utah 811 Damage Prevention Awareness Seminar are eligible to receive two continuing education credit hours in alternating years with verification of attendance toward their contractor licensing as required by the State of Utah’s Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing (DOPL) as follows:\n \n\nContractors (2 core credit hours)\nLicense numbers ending with 5501 & 5551\nPlumbers (2 professional credit hours)\nLicense numbers ending with 5508\, 5509\, 5510\, 5518 & 5519\nElectricians (2 professional credit hours)\nLicense numbers ending with 5502\, 5503\, 5504\, 5505 & 5506\n\nDrinking Water and Wastewater Professionals who attend a Damage Prevention Awareness Seminar are eligible to receive 0.2 CEU’s with verification of attendance towards their certification number. \nPlease ensure your registration includes your correct license number(s) to receive your continuing education credit. \nAttendees who register and do not attend and do not cancel before the seminar may be charged a $20.00 fee. \nA limit of 6 attendees per company per department per seminar will be enforced to accommodate attendance for all companies that would like to attend. \n
