Blue Stakes of Utah 811 is the non-profit membership association formed by Utah’s facility owners to accomplish its mission of promoting public safety, protecting underground facilities, and minimizing service interruptions.

Center Staff
Blue Stakes of Utah 811’s staff implements and executes the direction provided by the Board of Directors and serves as the communications link between the excavators and facility owners by processing locate requests and providing damage prevention education.

The Board of Directors meets regularly to discuss issues relating to the Blue Stakes Center, its member facility owners, and the service it provides to excavators and the public.
