Contractors who attend a Blue Stakes of Utah Damage Prevention Awareness Seminar are eligible for two continuing education credit hours with verification of attendance. To receive a certificate and have the hours reported to the State of Utah’s Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing (DOPL) . If your contractor license information wasn't submitted with your registration, please click on the link to the right and complete all required information.
