DAMAGE INFORMATION REPORTING TOOL (D.I.R.T.) APPLICATION DEFINITION

Blue Stakes virtual D.I.R.T. application provides an easy-to-use process for excavators and utility operators in Utah to input reportable damages to underground facilities. Information entered will be used to track the extent and root causes of damages occurring within Utah. Blue Stakes will also use this information to create damage prevention training classes and to create possible legislation that will further reduce damages to underground facilities and ensure public safety.
